Pros

The company has a great culture with a fantastic leader. Alex really is a fantastic CEO and his vision for the company is so inspiring. I enjoy coming to work every day and being with my colleagues, there is always a positive uplifting atmosphere.. everyone is really excited about the direction Workfront is going in. The company invests in you as an individual and is keen to see you grow and progress in your role. You are well respected, every job is seen as equal and no one is more important than anyone else. It's like a big family.

Pros

When collaboration is faster, decisions are faster. I like the result we get and like company values.

Cons

Sometimes processes can get to long and there can be a gap in between international teams. Also, sometimes is hard to get concentrated on your work because of too many meetings.
