- People (non-managers) with whom I work - Location - Nice, modern workplace

Cons

- lot's of the best people are leaving. - recent initiatives are going bust - highly political, tough to find the right people to align with

Pros

-Amazing people to work with. In the time I was there I had the opportunity to work with skilled professionals that are great people in and out of the office -Great Pay. Made over 100K each year -Free Hot Chocolate

Cons

-Change in direction and core values every 4-6 months -the only thing that was consistent on the sales floor was change. -No training -Product was very buggy and clients where mad allot -They have a perfect demo site to show clients but it is setup in a way that very few companies actually operate so it sells awesome but actually does not work that well for many customers -Their consulting leadership is a Joke! They want to charge clients 2-3 times what they actually need just to show they have value in that department, all the while the consultants they send out are under trained and manage to tick off the brand new clients due to lack of product knowledge. not a very smart business model. (Now that being said I do not feel this is because of the consultants personally but rather lack of training)
