Workfront - Executive Assistant ( high turnover position )

HR Department - Austin Miller and his team are amazing!!!! The have a full understanding of the positions and qualifications required to the right candidates needed.

Cons

High turnover positions hired for supporting the CEO and Sales Operations and Customer Success. As an employee we continue to hear the executive management state often it was not a fit. They selfishly do not take in account that the positions turnover creates challenges for ALL departments and employees, processes and having to be in training mode over and over and over to the new hire, becomes less and less quality. Disappointed that we have lost professional growth over someone not getting a lunch order correct for a day.

Good benefits, unlimited PTO, good product, good people.

Cons

The culture is definitely changing. Good people leaving, bad fits for the company being hired as replacements because they fit a certain "standard." Time is being wasted on pointless projects that go no where. I just don't see the company doing well in the future with the way its going.

Pros

Really good product and has a really good potential to become big. Has some good talent working in the company. You can get to learn and grow professionally if you have enough patience and tolerance.

Cons

Really unprofessional environment in terms of office politics and the way people communicate. The "No Jerks allowed" motto is not followed at all. Management keeps changing a lot. Lot of favoritism in the work place. A very unfair environment to work in. A huge lack of integrity in the HR department - not trustworthy at all.
