Pros

An incredible product that has a chance to change the way we work in a company setting. A lot of great people, but the great ones have left, or are already on their way out.

Cons

The CEO preaches diversity, but pushes out the leaders that made the company successful, while bringing in his 'yes' people from his prior life. Diversity is not just bringing balance to the female and minority ratios, but bringing in people to challenge the way we think. In the past 24-months, it has become the most toxic company along the Wasatch Front. The leadership from the very top struggle to understand the importance of culture, and retaining the right talent. They tell you to prioritize your work life over your family life (do they know which state the company is in??). This was once a great company, filled with great people...it is now nothing but remnants of its prior successes. With over 8-quarters straight of missed targets, it does start to way on everyone. Maybe a change is on the horizon...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your work experience here at Workfront. We want everyone to have an extraordinary experience and are truly sorry that your expectations weren't met. I want to clarify a few things you mentioned: First, diversity and inclusion: our leaders are committed to and measured on creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all can thrive. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it also drives the bottom line to have diversity of background and thought. That said, any reported incidents where we may have fallen short are investigated and appropriate action taken. However, for confidentiality reasons, we do not publicly share the actions that are taken. Second, our culture: our recent employee satisfaction survey won us "Best Places to Work" in Utah for the 6th year in a row and we continue to get positive feedback from our employees. Lastly, sales targets: Our 2018 targets were set to be our most aggressive year in Workfront history and we're happy to report that we met those aggressive growth goals. Again, we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience at Workfront, as we pivoted to serve Enterprise customers.

Pros

Decent Pay. Pretty great Product. Company vision is great. HR is doing what they can to make this a great place to work.

Cons

Sales leadership could not be more out of touch. Complete lack of transparency on how things are done at this company. Sales Leadership plays favorites, and fight amongst themselves. 1- Angry would describe them. Yells when it doesn't go their way. hires one manager because they're simply a spouses friend. 2- "greasy" and their lies catch up to them. Speaks out of both sides of their mouth 3 - How do you have a leader that the company needs to hire someone to help them interact with others? As unethical as they come 4 - will micromanage their teams to death to justify their position. Also will reply all to make sure the company knows their name. Extremely aggressive / rude We used to have comp plans that were fantastic. Now they roll them out and it's pitched as an improvement, yet clearly designed to pay us less. SO MANY great reps have left over the last year. Leadership has done nothing to address this. It's a culture of fear. Speak up, and you will be blacklisted. Not a lot of reps hitting their numbers. This has led to President's club becoming a "company club" inviting people from HR, product, and even finance. (Really??) EVP of sales might as well be bald for the haircut he gets on his number compared to what the manager and rep roll up is. How does he hit when not one of the VP's hit?

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want everyone to have an extraordinary work experience and are truly sorry that yours is not meeting that expectation. I wanted to clarify a few things that you said: Our culture: 3/4 of our sales team gave us the highest ratings in our recent employee satisfaction survey (rating us 8 out of 10). Not only did more people qualify for our President’s Club this year, but several deals also broke company records. In the spirit of our core value, “Win Together”, we have decided to invite supporting team member from departments like HR, Product, and Finance for the support they provide to the Sales teams. Sales attrition: Sales attrition is significantly lower than you referenced, and in alignment with industry benchmarks. Still, we work hard to develop and retain great sales talent and provide industry-leading training and events to facilitate that happening. Again, we are sorry that you are not having a positive experience at Workfront and encourage you to continue to engage with HR and leadership to try to resolve the challenges you are experiencing.

Pros

- Used to be near the front of tech stack - Some good developers there - When the company was AtTask it was an amazing place to be.

Cons

- Rotating Management - I had a new manager every 3 months in Dev - Fire employees without cause and without any PIP (Process Improvement Plan) - Architecture is switching to Ivory Tower model where they decree what should be the and the peons are forced to comply. - Internal politics cause so much friction and stress.
