Pros

Organizational health is a big focus from the CEO and SVP People and Culture. Great marketing strategy.

Cons

The technology is limited for enterprise use cases and as the EVP Sales has openly stated - Its hard to hang (deliver on customer success requirements ) the art work that we has position”. The product is pretty good PPM tool but really overpriced for the market. We are feeing the squeeze.

Pros

Great benefits. Great opportunities to move forward in your career. Pay is extremely competitive. Stable. Great culture. Unlimited PTO. 401k contributions. Great Management.

Cons

A big part of your success is dependant on Marketing. If they slow down, your number will lack. Things move slowly due to extremely low turnover. (good and bad) Very political. Top-end stress is felt very heavily on the lower level employees. Difficult to leave the stresses of work at work. Company is currently contracting due to efforts to go public.
