Pros

Challenging environment and great co-workers, overall.

Cons

Not an "Equal Opportunity" company, which is a shame because the company is missing out on great employees with excellent skills.

Pros

Nice benefits and decent work space. Perks are great but that's really where it ends Outside of your interview don't expect to interact with the VP over you

Cons

Zero efforts from management to help employees. VP doesn't care about people jus numbers and managers provide zero value and training for employees. Straight garbage. Managers are first to throw their team members under the bus

Pros

- The benefits here are amazing! From the weekly massages to the cell phone reimbursements to the culture that is contagious, Workfront has it all. The medical, dental, and vision insurance is very affordable and Workfront contributes money each paycheck to help with medical expenses. - The people that I work with are fantastic. Everybody here is very friendly, smart, and ambitious. I have been impressed with the company since before I started and every day has gotten better. - Unlimited Paid Time Off for salaried employees. I have used it quite a bit (probably more than I should have) but it is a wonderful perk of working here. This helps a TON with a work/life balance. - The career advancement opportunities are plentiful. I feel challenged and receive what I need to be successful in my role. My manager is the best I have ever worked with and she helps me to improve and grow. - Tons of free food, service days to help the community, and lots of team activities. I quickly got to know everybody. - The culture cannot be beaten. When I first started interviewing here, I saw everybody and they were all happy. I thought they put something in the water, but it wasn't that. Everybody was happy because they really enjoy their work and the environment. I mean, how can you beat freestyle Coke machines that you normally only see at the movie theater? Oh yeah, we have game rooms with Pool, Ping Pong, a Playstation 4, and an Xbox One. And for the rare time that you don't get free food, we have markets to buy things without leaving the building (and Workfront contributes money for that specifically as well). The HR team is very friendly, knowledgable, and approachable. The last HR department I worked with was nowhere close to the caliber of this department.

Cons

- The only real con is that you have to go home at the end of the day (no, Workfront doesn't provide sleep pods. It's a good thing though or else I would rarely see my family). I really enjoy working here and can't wait to see what the future holds.
