Pros

HR team is exceptional and works hard to create a positive culture. Great volunteer opportunities. The CEO is incredible, and so are the execs across the board. Great peers.

Cons

Turnover in professional services is insanely high. Project loads are way too high per person, and every time someone quits, that workload is just given to those who remain. The managers (implementations & customer success) do not understand what their people are doing and are completely unwilling to help with actual work. They also consistently throw their employees under the bus in order to make customers happy. Turnover in Sales is also very high. My coworkers in other teams seemed to quit or be laid off regularly with no warning.

Pros

Good benefits and good people

Cons

Good place to work, but in the year I was with them, their culture changed. Senior management is secretive and makes decisions behind your back. I was laid off without notice or any idea of what was coming. Management does not live by the stated values of the company.

Pros

Good coworkers and mostly good sales management

Cons

-We were told by the CEO and other top leadership that the company would not be making layoffs due to COVID-19. Two weeks later, 10% of the company was laid off, including me. -The CEO, Alex, has done nothing to help those who've been laid off. Many other CEOs in the valley have been posting heartfelt LinkedIn posts expressing their sadness, and asking other companies to help hire those affected. NOTHING from Alex or the company -After the layoff, the company sent a box to me with everything on my desk. I didn't have much on my desk to begin with, so one of the only things they sent me was a box of tissues. Thanks guys!
