      Great place to work, a little behind on the compensation for developers

      Pros

      Great people, fun place to work, good work/life balance, high functioning teams focused on getting the right things done the right way. Unlimited PTO is really what it says, and a great perk.

      Cons

      Pay is OK, but nowhere near some of the other companies for the software engineers. No bonuses or profit sharing for development either.
