      Great Company not so good Management styles

      Pros

      The company has an atmosphere that they truly care about you and try to offer as many benefits to make you happy and bring in good talent.

      Cons

      Management forces you to work whenever they need you with no overtime pay. I have to work at least 10 hours a week of OT and on top of that respond to emails and inquires whenever they come in regardless of time Holliday or PTO, I had to almost cancel my Marriage anniversary trip I request 6 months in advance because of management.

      Pros

      Great growth potential, great pay and perks. The company tries hard to make employees feel valued and appreciated. The company just gave out equity to all employees, which is a great symbolic gesture if nothing else.

      Cons

      Most people are great, but there are some notable bad apples in management who are unavoidable and can be difficult to work with. The product itself can be hard to get excited about as an engineer.

      Pros

      GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT CULTURE, high technical standards, interesting work, modern technologies and a lot of great things. Company takes care of employees all the time. Good benefits, cool kitchen always full with fruits, juices and other stuff. A lot of space to grow and learn new thing all the time. Everyone respect each other and professionalism is everywhere. There are a lot of kind words to say but space here is limited :). At the end want to say, that if somebody in Yerevan thinks that there is no more cool companies to work for, then send your CV to Workfront. It was, is and I believe that Workfront will be one of the best(if not the best) IT companies in Armenia.

      Cons

      Actually there are no serious cons in my opinion. Everywhere something can be better or can be improved. Here also some things can be better but they are so minor that I can't see the reason to mention something.
