      feels meaningless

      people are nice, there is free food in the office

      Cons

      lack of real leadership and direction. not "fast paced" or "pivots", just chaos. boring, slow work with loads of context switching and changing priorities. no idea if anything we do matters or not.

      This is where good people come to wilt I see great people start all the time and then they lose their drive, they become disllisioned, they lose their skills ans often find it hard to get another job. Workhuman is not a place to work to advance your personal skills set, its like the dark ages in some teams. The product is a bit of a dud, lots of pomp about a mediocre product. Lots and lots of rumours about the future of the company. Like they never stop. Im sure they arent all true but its a lot of negativity. People hate the work and a lot feel stuck. I would not recommend working there
