While I don't know your situation, I do know that on our most recent Q4 engagement survey, 92% of employees were satisfied with their manager.       Pros

      I love working for workit health. Great company, great people. People genuinely gave a damn about the entire mission no matter what role they had

      Cons

      It was a start up with start up problems. RIFs were an issue for a time. I worked a lot.

      The ability to work from home is a plus. Benefits are a pretty good.

While every manager and leaders receives annual 360 feedback as part of their performance assessment, I can also appreciate that our leaders can receive even more training to make sure self-feedback happens 365 days per year.
