Cons

-Atrocious pay. A shame Master's level SW's making barely equal/less than an Amazon worker for example with no degree. -Changes every day. Unsteady and confusing, stressful -Provider and Counselor turn over VERY high -Caseloads obnoxious due to turn over. 1:65 is the intended counselor-member ratio. Counselors have over 100 clients with no additional pay. -Unpredictable

Insular executive team does not communicate effectively with workforce. Senior management not in touch with front-line staff who are working with clients and thus are not solving for the real issues related to quality care delivery -- rather they stay focused on the bottom line results for their board members.
