Work from home, 120 hours of PTO, 40 hours of sick time and excellent price for medical, dental and vision benefits. Great co-workers

Cons

Company is constantly changing. While working for the company for a year and half I have seen 2 periods of layoffs! The last layoff was 63 people!! The company is currently working on a strategy on what to do once office visits are required. Lack of communication exists throughout the company. Especially in leadership.
