Work from home, goody pay, ability to flex time, great PTO, very inclusive environment, open communication between management and employees, room for growth-I could go on and on about all the great things this company offers!

Cons

The benefits (medical) are a little pricey, but a small price to pay for all the other excellent things the company offers!
