Cons

-Atrocious pay. A shame Master's level SW's making barely equal/less than an Amazon worker for example with no degree. -Changes every day. Unsteady and confusing, stressful -Provider and Counselor turn over VERY high -Caseloads obnoxious due to turn over. 1:65 is the intended counselor-member ratio. Counselors have over 100 clients with no additional pay. -Unpredictable

No life insurance Would like unlimited PTO Many people work a lot of hours and many companies are going to unlimited paid time off wi so you don’t have to worry about running out of time if you’re sick.
