Very rewarding to help OUD patients get better

Cons

Management emphasis on rapid growth that is compromising quality of care. Poor infrastructure, low pay, poor focus on what their mission is. They want to expand into too many arenas of care without doing any one thing efficiently. Management seems to be trying but going in circles, and don’t really know how to solve the issues.
