      Pros

      Great population to work with. Rewarding. Benefits improving. They advocate for supporting the under represented in the workplace. Harm reduction model. The idea of being something great is there but the execution has shifted away from happy staff and that is important in the overall outcomes of your patients.

      Cons

      Recent hiring of silicon valley minded leaders - non medical leaders. AKA happy staff and patients are no longer the priority. They just want to see numbers. Also pay is low.

      I joined Workit in January and have LOVED it so far! It is a company where you can truly raise your hand to share ideas and they are always welcomed. I feel like I can give feedback and propose new ideas/changes and they are actually considered and implemented. There is so much room for growth here professionally too which I love! I have felt like the leadership team is really approachable, caring and want the best for our team members and also members of the Workit community. People are PASSIONATE about changing the way addiction is treated which makes coming to work have a deep purpose. Love Workit Health!!

      Not necessarily a con, but the company is growing in an amazing way - so you just have to be ready for growth and change!
