The pay is great. PTO allotment is fair and co-workers are great.

Cons

Management doesn't hear what the front line is saying. There are a lot of new programs being rolled out, making the workload near unbearable. 15 min follow up appointments.

Pros

Great population to work with. Rewarding. Benefits improving. They advocate for supporting the under represented in the workplace. Harm reduction model. The idea of being something great is there but the execution has shifted away from happy staff and that is important in the overall outcomes of your patients.

Cons

Recent hiring of silicon valley minded leaders - non medical leaders. AKA happy staff and patients are no longer the priority. They just want to see numbers. Also pay is low.

Good work life balance, caring & compassionate team members & leaders. The pay is competitive, decent priced health insurance, 401K, PTO & growth opportunities.

Cons

I do not have many cons but if I had to think of one I guess you could say they dont have benefit options like pet insurance, tickets at work/ lifecare employee discount.
