Pros

- Modern tech stack - Minimal on-call duties - Great support staff - Remote work is embraced - Pets in the offices - 12 weeks parental leave - HSA & 401-k match - Is the founders' second tech company

Cons

- Risk of culture shift as the executive and upper leadership rotates, and as the company follows its "path to profitability" - PTO caps aren't what I would call competitive

Pros

Strong community feel with good resources to provide support in both your professional and personal life. Good opportunities for ICs to progress, with clear competencies and level guides. Management seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of employees.

Cons

There does appear to be some nepotism within management positions, often finding that senior management are recruited from pools of previous colleagues for existing senior management, rather than training and promotion of internal managers. Huge emphasis on recruiting more sales staff to ramp up S&S volumes, however there is no proactive hiring in the other areas of the business which are required to support that intended volume. Job roles have changed significantly over the years, with many people now doing entirely different tasks to those which they were hired for, causing many people to disengage with their roles and coast by. Salaries are very stale - 2-3% annual increases and 50th percentile approach to pay i.e. Ask for you to be 'the best' but pay for 'average'
