* adopted the cutting-edge cloud native technology * great work life balance * great colleague relationship * salary is OK(very competitive few years back, but not now)

Cons

* the company has stopped growth * no foreseeable revenue/profit to support the R&D * not competitive after leaving the company for other jobs
