Unparalleled network, learning opportunities and experience. A tenacious person can really make a difference here. Solid professional development opportunities. Best of all - a lot of diverse, driven and intelligent people wanting to do good.

Cons

If you cannot handle ambiguity, uncertainty and a bit of what seems like chaos, this place is probably not for you. Work-life balance can slide if you are not vigilant.
