work with lots of young, talented, ambitious people and some of the world's leaders. Salaries are fairly good. there is some effort to contribute to the mission of 'improving the state of the world'

Cons

high turnover of staff and constant change which can creat feelings of insecurity, lack of direction. Getting people to sign up as members and to attend Davos is the priority. Limited career path and constraints based on limited opportunities. personality led organisation.

Patriarchal structure doesn't always lead to best organizational decisions; compensation is fair but not enough to keep top talent, creating rotating door effect; office culture can be overly competitive at times

Some of the most talented and educated people I have met,, driven by the same mission. Great atmosphere - perfect for age group 25- 40.

Cons

Few opportunities for a long term career, unless job transfer there is a high risk of stereotypes and boredom coming from doing the same yearly cycle again and again.
