Unfortunately no staff appreciation. Hardest working employees get insignificant raises. CFO is disconnected from FP&A team. Company has no desire for retention. Constantly expected to work late. Soul sucking commitment.

They have focused solely on acquisitions and producers for the past several years while forgetting about those that make things happen behind the scenes. The transition after we were acquired was VERY rough. The health insurance is awful, and there is very little incentive to put more effort forward than is absolutely necessary. Work and responsibility continues to be added to already excessive workloads and there is no relief in sight. Raises aren’t even cost of living.
