World Vision has a leadership team that is fully committed to the mission and staff. Unfortunately this is rare to find in other non-profits, but World Vision with dedication has policies, process, tools and leadership that embodies the word commitment and responsibility to their employees and mission

Cons

World Vision is large and global, navigating such a vast structure can appear intimidating for those just entering into the non-profit world
