Pros

Insurance is decent and Some other benefits aren't the best but not the worst either.

Cons

PS is being killed off for lower quality and cheaper outsourcing burn rates. One employee at a time. Very middle management is bloated and a lot of titles are assigned to projects that are unnecessary making project costs too high.

Pros

Good benefits Good 401 K match

Cons

Management makes you feel like you are replaceable. Management also only cares about numbers. They don't care about their employees unless you are willing only to tell them yes. No one holds anyone accountable and when you do they use the "core values" against you in your reviews. We always here no bad leaders but we are filling up with them on the logistics side.

Pros

The culture is great, and so are the people.

Cons

Micromanagement has become a problem across the company. Management doesn't seem to hire based on skill level or tenure. Those that are hired into management are external hires with little experience or concern for employees. The company seems more concerned with money than retaining employees as of late. There's a visible effort to cheapen the labor force that's being deployed into production. Employees are generally overworked, and backfills for vacancies are filled with less experienced employees.
