Pros

Continuous improvement program is amazing. Ceo really is trying hard to make wwt a great place to work.

Cons

The raises are horrible. There were new hires that made more money then people that had been there for 10 years. Shows that your hard work doesn't pay off. If you work hard they add more tasks for you to do while others do nothing. There is a lot bad management. They get together and talk bad about people all day. It's like that in most departments. You can report it but it takes forever and a lot of proof for anything to get done about it. Then they work together to get you fired. I seen it for years. I spent 8 years lifting boxes that were twice my size by myself because I was told I would lose my job. I now have life long back issues horrible mental health and was let go due to my medical issues. I was told by hr it was up to management. I was told I would get short term disability which I was denied. Cobra insurance is 300 a month with no job. Took payroll and hr 5 months to get my paychecks right. Even with every one attached to the email there was no communication between them. If they mess up you check your will not get it till the next check which is 2 weeks later. Which happened a lot. You have to check each paycheck to make sure its right. Each department has different rules made up by management as well. Favoritism is a huge issue. I have seen people get questioned and pulled in hr office because they want to know who left the review. Employees need to know more about their rights. They will make watch presentations on your unpaid lunch break. Leads and management will follow you outside and ask about work related things and for help as well. The people who work hard get pushed harder. No matter what you it is not good enough and more will always be expected. Working on 3rd shift after 10 years of hard work and making 20.53 an hour and the temp on their first day makes just as much is dispointing to say the least. I spoke up and cried for help for the way I was being treated and it was held against me. I was told I had a bad attitude for defending myself. I was screamed at by my supervisor in front of my manager. Nothing was done. They still both work there. It is happening to a lot of people there. Too many good workers lost due to hr and management. Hr is not there to help you. She was rude as well.
