      NAIC4 is continuing to sink due to poor management. Micromanaging is running rampant, if you have to micromanage then those people do not need to still be employed here. This shows a lack of trust, part of THE PATH in the people. Sooner or later no one is going to want to work for you and they only do it now because they need a job. We cannot speak to management about many issues because they are the issue, so that would do no good. We really need some Surprise pop up visits! Please go talk to the people, really talk to them. Some changes need to happen to really be a great place to work.

      Benefits are awesome. Pay is subpar.

      Cons

      Lack of job knowledge from upper management. Culture is misleading. Pay is fair at best. Expectations are completely random from supervisor to supervisor.
