      Good place to start out but not long term.

      Pros

      great coworkers, easy commute, good benefits.

      Cons

      Unable to log into website to do Kronos or check paycheck on phone without onespace now. Have to download app. Unwilling to do this as I already have to receive a text to log into anything. They say they don't collect data but that's what every big company says. Look at how many companys are being sued for collecting data when they promised they would not. Usually use it when clocking in time but now will what till Monday. Supervisor will have a harder time but until you pay for my phone or don't require me to do it this way, my supervisor will have to work with it.

      Terrible Management & Low Pay

      Pros

      Health benefits are $25 a month

      Cons

      Low pay even though they claim to be competitive. No climate control so it gets very hot and very cold depending on outside temps. They will put you on mandatory overtime regardless of it being 102 degrees. Management consists of mostly lazy and incompetent people. They don't know how to communicate and don't care about morale. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much experience you have they pick people off of favoritism.

      We determine our pay ranges by utilizing data from multiple third party compensation organizations to always ensure we are paying competitively for all our positions. It is correct that our warehouses are not completely climate controlled but we do our best to mitigate this with ventilation and cooling systems. Mandatory overtime may be required under certain circumstances but we always focus first on asking for volunteers. Thank you.

      Pros

      - Compensation was ok, that's just about it.

      Cons

      - Hours were extremely terrible - Travel was stressful, often having to catch flights changes within minutes of departure - Management saw us as disposable - Toxic behavior was encouraged among team mates, which resulted in people trying to sabotage each other for their favor.
