      Awesome place to work. Great leadership opportunities. There were constant opportunities to move up the ladder. Great work and life balance.

      Cons

      I really didn't run into any cons working at WWT. They gave me a ton of opportunity to grow my career.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work on new technologies. Great culture, fun work environment. Lots of collaboration. Engaged with the business.

      Cons

      Growing at a rapid pace, so the culture sometimes takes a hit. Management makes decisions seemingly without regard to how it will affect employees satisfaction.

      Pros

      The culture, people, and can-do attitude make WWT a GREAT place to work. This may sound corny, but yesterday at a team outing, I looked around the room at the individuals I spend every day with and thought to myself, “these people make me happy.” WWT takes great pride in hiring individuals that fit our culture and it shows. Oh, and of course, our benefits rock!

      Cons

      If you’ve been with WWT a long time it’s hard to obtain competitive compensation.
