      We have some great people and engineers that work here.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in the Global Enterprise East region. Mishandled reorganization of the region earlier this year, let go of a lot of good sales people and retained some non-producers. Nepotism is strong here at WWT.

      Pros

      It’s laid back for the most part, most fellow employees are great people.

      Cons

      Management is atrocious. Nepotism constantly even though they claim a “no bad managers” philosophy. Some roles are overpaid while operator roles tend to be stagnant.
