Benefits are better than average. Great peers. Pockets of improvements.

Cons

Continued misalignment between departments tends to create toxic and chaotic situations. Continued bad staffing and pay decisions has impacted retention. On call work during off hours with no on call pay is expected. Promotions can be hard to come by. Expect them to hire from outside the company.

-High level of autonomy, allowing for significant independence in how tasks and contracts are managed -Highly competent and skilled colleagues -Opportunities to engage with a wide breadth of business concepts and departments

Cons

-Extreme lack of structured training, leading to a steep learning curve -Disparity between low pay and high responsibility is a concern -Unclear vision regarding the job responsibilities and boundaries of the "CX - Recurring Revenue" department -Leadership and strategic planning remain in a nascent stage for a 6-7 year old department of 40+ people. This underdevelopment affects overall efficiency and direction, hindering forward progress.

Great benefits, great fellow employees.

Cons

The new senior management seems to treat us less as people and more as numbers or pieces in the cogwheel. The whole atmosphere is basically dead. I hear all kinds of techs expressing their discontent. It used to be completely the opposite and full of positivity.
