      Do not begin your career here. You will dedicate hours and hours of your life to this company with nothing to show for it. You will gain your experience and climb up internally, only for them to bring in an outsider with the same experience and pay them 20k more than you make. End your career here or don't come here

      Lack of internal development

      Pros

      Health benefits and 401K is the greatest thing about working here. They offer PTO starting on the first month of work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from upper and executive management. Leadership admittedly does not know what we really do. They just look at spreadsheets and graphs to gauge our value.

      WWT has a corporate Learning and Employee Development team as well as a Supply Chain Training team. We also have a multitude of online training courses (Udemy).       Great Company

      Pros

      Great people, great customers, solid leadership. Benefits are really great and difficult to find at other companies. A caring work environment with a lot of team members who are at the top of their game.

      Cons

      Leadership has been faltering, not badly but there have been missteps that I think can be corrected and reworked before it's too late. A lot of managers requiring a lot of approvals. Why have so many managers if they can't make decisions down in the weeds where they need to be made?

Regarding surveys, each year all managers/ leaders receive surveys and not only senior leadership. Thanks again for your constructive feedback.
