Do their best to promote a diverse, fair, and balanced culture Strong and healthy HR principles are taught and practiced Professional people that are encouraged to help each other Investments in training and career development Treat customers with respect and fostering long term relationships The spirit of innovation and collaboration are strong when it comes to work Great benefits, insurance, and 401k

Cons

Field resources will notice many "clicks" when visiting HQ. They don't always practice what they preach. You can be treated as an outsider and completely ignored at events. The culture is hit or miss across each city in the US. Most are healthy, but a few are toxic. "A few bad apples" applies here. There was a lot of "backstabbing" and "throwing people under the bus" in one particular city. Blame superseded accountability. Some managers played favorites a little more than appropriate. If you aren't in the right accounts, you have an uphill battle.

They "" your dreams till you have none

Cons

They will destroy anything you believe in they lie to your face then say you lied to the boss they don't care about there employees or about covid-19 I world there for a year and learned they don't care about there customers aka AT&T there unprofessional the supervisor and leads leave early everyday so if you have a problem there no one to go to worst place to work
