      Pros

      Good experience for resume and good examples of how not to manage teams.

      Cons

      Bad management, do not follow their so called "core values", they slide people into positions so its not about how hard you work or how well you know a position or even your qualifications but WHO you know and WHO you suck up to.

      Pros

      Good healthcare, large company, some nice co-workers, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      This is not a technology company, more like a used car lot. They are a reseller, who is trying to tell people they are something else. Management does not have leading technology vision, everything is last minute due to a lack of proper planning. It's a nice retirement place for people with OEM background.

      No vision or direction w/r/t Cloud Recent reorgs and layoffs No regard for employees' role, seniority, or personal situations
