Pros

Health insurance, paid time off, work from home for some positions. Food brought in for you when working at locations. Terrific coworkers who won't let you down. Pay is never late. We work for a company who invests in communities. Our customers are terrific.

Cons

When discussing the cons of WWT, you must understand that Services, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain are ran differently. Services - We continue to see more overhead work being passed on to people because tools don't work correctly, or because scale was not designed into the process. Leadership tends to focus on things that will create more work for everyone on a whim. Every year, each month, almost everyday they are introducing changes. I do not mean changes dictated to us from other teams. Supply Chain - I do not suggest you go to supply chain. There are some major challenges within that world from a people perspective that WWT has yet to resolve for one reason or another. Its a big one. Supply Chain is dynamic. But its not entirely leaderships fault. The nature of supply chain is often unpredictable. Such as demand and when a customer is going to say we need something now. Then its all hands on deck. Which I get. But when you combine the long hours with the management issues its mentally exhausting and draining. Sometimes it seems like we treat them like they are less than human. Finance - Its gotten better since work from home is allowed. Finance is exceptionally rigid with everything and is often hesitant to be open minded. We see inaccuracies because of this. Also, getting new people has gotten better. But because the amount of work put on our finance team, its still not enough. Sales - The sales culture needs some work. Sales employees have very strict performance goals and its made clear that if they don't perform to that expectation, they will need a new job. Its my personal opinion that this culture is the exact reason as to why sales sometimes struggles. Sales employees deserve loyalty for their mental health and families sake. They are grumpy often and that is a direct result of the culture the most Sr leadership provides. People "leave" because numbers weren't hit. We haven't hit numbers a few times. Perhaps we need to be looking further up the responsibility ladder for accountability.

Thank you. Career growth and progression are very important and at WWT we have created a Career Path Framework for all employees to access. This is intended to help employees make informed decisions about their future opportunities at WWT. In addition, we recommend discussing your personal career goals and next steps with your manager and Human Resources. Thanks again!
