Amazing benefits. Health insurance is $25 a month. Amazing coworkers, definitely a good work environment. Everyone is cheering for you to succeed. Can go into office whenever and however often you want as long as you are doing your work.

Cons

I was on the beach for more than 15 weeks.

Coworkers are the only thing good

Cons

Managers in naic1 and naic4 are being looked into for going against company policies and treating their employees like crap. They are clearing house and hr is no help. Pay is ok for newcomers but eventually they will add 5 more jobs to your one. They justify their horrible decisions on embrace change which is every few weeks or sooner. There is no open door and if you are not in the clicks you will be shoved out, called a liar and treated unfairly. 80 percent of the workforce is on fmla due to toxic environments

Pros

You will get a very good salary structure, yearly hike, perks You will get a very good work environment WWT promote you to learn, improve and grow they have a bunch for excellent Training resources like - Labs, study materials , training class etc They care for your concerns, work life balance.

Cons

Most of their roles are remotely so you do not get chance to meet your team members. Now a days , they are hiring a lot on contractual basis which is not a preferred mode of work in India
