Pros

PTO... That's all. The only way this company is on the top 100 year after year is from votes from people that sit in an office all day, micromanaging others and doing nothing all day.

Cons

They'll make you work OT anytime they feel like it, they've run through all the possible people their temp agency Aerotek brings, so now they're resorting to hiring high school kids, to "develop" their career. People don't stay employed here long enough for me to even bother remembering names. All the management micromanages like no other, & what's even worse is the turnover rate is so bad now the new managers/supervisors, have no clue what's going on cause they're brand new. This company brags how it profits 1.6 BILLION yet has people that work for them for 7+ years barely making 40K breaking their backs... sad.

No longer a great place to work

Pros

Lots of good people that still care in the huddled masses of the organization. Benefits are good.

Cons

Leadership has forgotten what made the company great to start with. We're falling far behind the competition who is adapting and rapidly changing. Leadership that got WWT where it is doesn't know how to get us over the next huge number of hurdles.

Pros

I love this company; the core values, flexibility, work/life balance, and benefits are great. It's with a very heavy heart that I have to summit a con.

Cons

Illegally mandating an unapproved and untested injection. Going against its mission of being a profitable growth company for ALL. All also includes employees that stand for medical freedom and our constitution. Never did I ever think WWT executives would do this to its employees; it's devastating. My body my choice doesn't exist here anymore. All inclusive, unless you don't want to be injected with poison.

Thank you for sharing your kind feelings for WWT. We understand that the vaccine is a personal issue for many but WWT's actions must abide by the terms of the Presidential Executive Order that has been required. As a result, the vaccine requirement applies to all frontline and remote employees. Additionally, please review the detailed information that was just distributed on the process for validating your status and/or applying for a medical or religious exemption (if this applies to you). Thank you.
