While new to the company, I have been blown away by the positive atmosphere in my workplace. I love that WWT is committed to maintaining their award winning culture through a time of great growth. For a director to remind us during a meeting that "culture is just as important as business" is refreshing to hear, especially for someone like me that's been treated like a dog in other corporate environments.
