Pros

Little bureaucracy now. Depending on the client you get to pick your tools. Most places talk like they are agile and this place actually is. The brightest people in St. Louis for IT. With pairing you can learn just about anything you want quickly. The benefits are good in terms on health insurance.

Cons

Poor tuition reimbursement. 401k funds are lacking with higher than usual expense ratios. Lack of challenging work in more scientific aspects of computer science such as data science, machine learning etc.

Thanks for the review, and we appreciate the honest comments. We're definitely not turning away challenging assignments, and we believe we're capable of solving hard problems in the industry. Those sorts of jobs are not easy to come by, however, and many organizations who do them want to keep them internal. However, with our relationship with WWT getting us access to customers and markets we've never been able to enter before, we are optimistic about the level of challenge increasing in the near future.

LTC Leadership

Pros

Culture & benefits. Core Values & the right people

Cons

The higher you rise in organizational leadership, the harder it is to get the factual information you need. Those at the top have all of the authority and none of the information to make the best decisions. We don't need a new building. We need new Supply Chain leadership. It became pretty clear that the individuals on our senior leadership team are incredibly unqualified. They're not hitting metrics either scaling the business. They're troubling LTC culture and spreading distrust.

Thank you and I agree we have a great culture and great benefits. We’ve received some concerning feedback and we are working on addressing it. We take it very seriously all the way up to the executive level. Recently our VP of HR spent several days meeting with our Edwardsville employees in roundtables and gathering their feedback. We will be acting on this information as appropriate. I respectfully disagree with your assessment that our leadership team is incredibly unqualified. As I hope you can appreciate, we are a rigorous organization (not ruthless). We simply do not believe in eliminating any employee without first trying to help him/her improve. We also don’t believe that punishing employees who speak up is the right way to treat people. We encourage our employees to provide feedback through various avenues; just one of them being glassdoor. Thanks again for your feedback and good luck.

Pros

Leadership values their people (genuine appreciation for the individual person) The culture is real (Mission/Vision plaques are not just posters on the wall) Amazing capabilities and collateral (real investments in everyone's success)

Cons

Suffer some from poor processes and tools (strength of culture allows for this) Not everyone is as all-in as in the past (additional layers can reduce engagement) Growing pains are real (challenges everything from culture to work product)
