Pros

My fellow co-workers were the best! So many times we rallied together to get the job done. Insurance benefits top notch and a company wide culture of giving and caring that really made you feel proud.

Cons

Satellite locations seem to be forgotten by HR.

Pros

There really is so many positive things that I would like to say about WWT. I started working for them about 5 months. My decision to come over was a life changing decision that i made because I was with my past employer for 14 years and not unhappy. Once I researched who WWT was I could not resist looking deeper in the current position available. I could not be happier with the culture, people, the innovation that WWT offers and overall business outcomes that we produce. Amazing company and best decision I have ever made!

Cons

There is honestly nothing bad I can say about WWT!

Pros

This company provides great benefits (especially health care) and has really good growth potential. They hire very qualified technical resources. Their stated values are wonderful (but may only be experienced if you work at the corporate headquarters in St. Louis).

Cons

- Difficult to feel part of the organization if you are a remote employee in the Professional Services division. - The Sales group is not yet proficient in selling services, so projects have unrealistic budgets and timelines. - About 10% of compensation is provided as bonus. Salary by itself is low. - Profit sharing does not amount to as much as I thought it would - was less than what I made in a normal pay cycle - Lots of travel and work more than 40 hours a week in the Professional Services division - Poor employee onboarding process in Professional Services division - Company is growing so fast that there is a lot of organizational change - Project Management processes are not mature

Thanks for your feedback. We have a number of onboarding events for new Professional Services employees. Some of these include New Employee Orientation, THE PATH Way, IMPACT and others. Since you have been here less than a year, I don't know whether or not you have been through all of these but they do provide valuable information. I welcome you to provide any other feedback on this. Thanks again and welcome to the team.
