      Better than my last job

      Pros

      You get two 15-min breaks spread throughout the day, not to mention an hour for lunch. This is really helpful when you are on your feet for 8 hours a day. Management is extremely kind and welcoming.

      Cons

      Job training was given extremely quickly and briefly, leaving you to fend for yourself until you begin to understand what was going on. Not a very friendly work environment, everybody just listens to music all day and not much socialization takes place. Standing labor work.

      Pros

      I've worked for a number of companies over the years and to date this is by far, the best company that I have worked for. The benefits are good, the culture is good and the management from top to bottom is very approachable, level headed and easy to work with. That last part about the management is an extremely rare thing and means a lot to a person like myself. The culture within the company really does matter. They value attitude as much as aptitude. Smarts are great, but if you can't work with people, it doesn't make for a positive environment. WWT understands that and looks for the right balance of smarts and amiability. Smart.

      Cons

      There really isn't a lot to complain about, really. The only comment that I would make is that for remote / mobile employees, it would be good to be around the people you work with or work for once a year to grow relationship with the rest of your team. It's a bit more difficult trying to get to really know people via a teleconference.

      Thank you! Depending on your role, many departments bring remote team members together one or more times a year. Obviously, we try to do this responsibly since it can be costly. Thanks for the feedback and good luck.
