9yThanks for the great review, and for the advice. Agreed that high performance does not necessarily correlate to years of experience, and we do our best to recognize that, but there's always room to improve. Also, we've recently set up an R&D process that is going to make sure any work we do in that area has real goals and ends when it needs to, we're excited about applying the same logic we do for our customer to our own internal efforts.
