      1.) The atmosphere is what you make of it. The people I work with make the business great. 2.) We are currently getting incentive pay of 1 dollar for being front-line workers. 3.) During Covid they've kept stations full for the most part with hand sanitizer and other cleaning utensils.

      Cons

      1.) While I love the idea of OpenDoor it seems like some issues that should be more public are internalized and either forgotten about or dealt with in a 1 on 1 basis. Relying on word of mouth to spread it around like a game of Telephone. 2.) No clear direction on what's going to happen when our state hits the minimum $15 an hour wage. Will we be minimum wage employees? Will they raise us to the percentage above minimum that we were making when we came on? We'd love to know the game plan
