I feel that if you start from the bottom that it is very hard to move up in the ranks. It seems the better move would be to work for 1-2 years to establish good relationships with your team, leave WWT for a higher salary/position, and then come back to WWT ahead of everyone. I understand that it takes time to mature a good employee but being at a younger age, I feel this is the best time for me to experience higher level, professional situations. Understandably, the company is growing at a fast rate and I believe this plays a factor.

The hiring process could improve.
