      Pros

      Great executive leadership team with a year-in, year-out consistent message around vision, mission, culture, and goals. Great health benefits, and for those based in the St. Louis area, even more with onsite health clinics, "WWT Day" at Busch stadium for a Cardinals game, onsite massages, tread-desks, and excellent facilities. The company has grown at incredible pace since I came on 7 years ago, opportunities to advance/change roles abound. It's a fun place to work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      As is typical of any fast-growing org, we've had some relatively minor pains associated with the growth. These kind of things are normally resolved quickly, as we all have a responsibility to hold each other accountable.

      Thanks. Improving the overall employment experience for our remote employees is a priority. Distance from St. Louis (our Headquarters) and smaller numbers of employees in remote locations have much to do with any differences. This continues to be a focus but we welcome your suggestions on helping us with this challenge. Thanks again!
