      Still a Good Place to Work

      Pros

      A lot of great people and management focus on maintaining a good environment even through enormous growth

      Cons

      enormous growth - when you set your goals on becoming a giant... it is inevitable that you succumb to issues with any giant corporation; distance, a bloat of middle management; and at least a little 'colder' environment. I saw a certain disappearance of loyalty, at least beyond a certain circle at headquarters that were very familiar with upper management. Still way better than any similar employer with regards to salary, opportunity, and not forgetting the engineers are where the rubber hits the road.

      Pros

      Dedicated management with experience in my field that understands my frustrations, and actively fights for my needs. High performance teamwork can be easily achieved as the employees are driven by the wonderful culture! After 2 years in jobs that left me feeling unappreciated and undervalued, I count my blessings that I have the opportunity to work for such a wonderful company! I look forward to retiring with WWT in 30 years or so!

      Cons

      I cannot truthfully complain about WWT. I, like any other human has daily stresses, but unlike other work places WWT constantly acknowledges and understand mine on a daily basis. I can't forget to mention that my frustrations are always addressed with the help of management!
