Pros

First and foremost- Culture! This is HUGE... Mr. Stewart wrote a beautiful book on what he founded his company on. Live your work life as you would live your daily life. The benefits are great and a huge perk! Innovation is encouraged and core values are preached- especially when times get tough. If you ever get to work with the Area Director, for PMO West- you will have met one of the most graceful women in leadership to ever walk the halls.

Cons

With every company of course there's room for improvement. WWT is growing rapidly and with that comes challenges which are in the process of being addressed. The common complaint recently among peers is the "Pay Scale". I can see the pain points - as the work is truly increasing and the motivation must continue to be fed since culture cant pay the bills. As I understand a study is currently in progress for pay increases- so that shows that management is listening and taking action.

Thank you. As Jim mentioned earlier this year, we are in the process of partnering with an outside consulting firm regarding compensation. A goal is to provide more consistency and clarity regarding pay for positions across the organization. This has been a very detailed process and more communication to come on it. Thank you for your great attitude and very hard work.

Thank you for this. We're routinely looking for ways to enhance and/or improve our benefits but there aren't any current plans for increasing PTO (Paid Time Off). Thanks again for this suggestion.
