      The culture is second to none. They truly care about their employees and the community. The on-site doctor is just one example of this with others including tailored career growth.

      Cons

      In some areas, pay might not be competitive. I know many people that came in at one salary and have only seen minimal upswing in that

      Pros

      The benefits alone are worth working here. But even they are trumped by the core values exuded by even the C-level team members. Interesting problems to solve on a daily basis with autonomy to solve them as your team sees fit.

      Cons

      Only con is that some senior leaders tend to lack decision making ability, yet want to put their stamp on any successes. The silver lining is that it's not often that gets in your way on a daily basis.

      Pros

      The company has a good culture overall. Great work life balance and employees are encouraged to work smarter rather than longer, even if that means we might miss a deadline.

      Cons

      Software developers tend to have a specific type of personality, including myself that can sometimes make pair programming feel like pulling teeth at times. That just really means that the company has removed any obstacles in order to make your job as a developer easier. This results in the toughest part of the job being interpersonal communication rather than incompetence of your coworkers.
