      Pros

      This is a one-of-a-kind company to work for! I've worked for logistics service suppliers and the like but this is the first one that makes their profit WITH the employees instead of from the employees

      Cons

      Getting too big now which makes the decision tree (i.e. people who want to add their saying) to plans and improvements. Some of the managers and supervisors are afraid for changes due to the fact they do not completely understand the processes nor the requirements at home and abroad.

      I enjoy the atmosphere and having a flexible schedule. Working with a lot of very smart individuals is also a big plus.

      I do not have much other than the pay is some what traded for all the niceties that they provide, beyond that I don't have much
