      Pros

      WWT has a great culture and tends to hire people that are a lot of fun to work with. If you're looking for a job that will constantly challenge you in new and interesting ways, this is your place.

      Cons

      There can sometimes be too much of a focus on "getting it done" and not enough time for innovation.

      Pros

      Love the culture of the company! Work hard, play harder! The benefits are amazing, can't believe that we have an onsite health clinic that is free to employees and family members that are on the health plan. And when I say free, I mean EVERYTHING is free including prescriptions! My co-workers are my family away from family. I love the autonomy I have in my position, no micro-managing. I cannot say enough about the Executive Management team and their leadership. Jim Kavanaugh and Dave Steward are as genuine and real as it gets!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is the parking on main campus. However, love that we have the problem that we do, means we are continuing to grow. And, I know that this will be relieved down the line now that our new headquarters is under construction.
